Available methods, estimated delivery windows and charges appear before order submission. Estimates are not guarantees and exclude customs or address delays.
Sample return
Whether prepaid sample return is included depends on the product and destination and must be stated in the order. If it is not included, the customer is responsible for an approved return method and any related charge.
Customs and failed delivery
International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, permits or carrier charges unless checkout states otherwise. Incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels and unauthorized return methods may create additional cost.
