Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the product, order stage, work already performed and applicable consumer law.
Before fulfillment
A cancellation request made before a kit ships, a digital product activates or laboratory work begins may qualify for a refund, less any non-recoverable third-party cost disclosed and permitted by law.
After work begins
Once customized analysis, laboratory processing or a report has begun, the refundable amount may be reduced or unavailable because the service is personalized and resources have been committed.
Problems with an order
Contact support promptly about damaged kits, duplicate charges, failed delivery or a service materially different from the confirmed order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
