Our position
Kepler does not sell genetic information or personal information for money. We do not provide genetic information to advertisers, employers or insurers. Certain analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as sharing under some privacy laws even when no money changes hands.
How to opt out
Submit a request through Contact Us with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out.” Include your name, jurisdiction and the email associated with your account. Do not send genetic files, identity documents or passwords unless our privacy team specifically requests them through a secure channel.
We may request limited information to verify the request and account. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to proof of authority and identity verification.
Effect of a request
A valid opt-out request will be recorded and applied to covered future sale or sharing. It does not prevent processing that is necessary to provide a requested Service, maintain security, complete a transaction or comply with law.
No discrimination
Kepler will not unlawfully discriminate against an eligible person for exercising a privacy right.
