Kit Order Terms
These terms apply to orders for Kepler sample-collection and sequencing kits.
Orders and pricing
The product, currency, quantity, included services, shipping option and taxes shown at checkout form the order. An order is accepted when Kepler sends confirmation.
Collection and return
Follow the instructions and use the kit only for the person registered to it. A damaged, insufficient, unsafe or mislabeled sample may require recollection.
Timing and availability
Turnaround estimates begin only after a suitable sample is received and may change because of recollection, logistics, laboratory capacity, quality review or events outside reasonable control.
Results and limitations
Reports are subject to the medical and scientific limitations stated in the Terms of Service and Disclaimer. A kit must not be used for emergency decisions.
