Genome Plan Terms
These terms apply when a customer enrolls in a paid or recurring Kepler Genome Plan.
Plan benefits
The plan name, price, billing interval, included storage, reports, updates and support shown at enrollment define the purchased benefits. Benefits may vary by market and account eligibility.
Renewal and cancellation
Recurring plans renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not ordinarily reverse benefits already delivered. Any mandatory cooling-off right continues to apply.
Changes
Kepler may update features or price with advance notice where required. A material change applies no earlier than the next renewal unless the customer accepts it sooner.
